I want to see if he really can chew gum and fly at the same time. The second is that win or lose we play at least two games. I will let you send the challenge of any type you wish. Points about Bill, he had poor team management, trouble keeping to agreements and seems impulsive on the attack. He also has issues coordinating with allies (review from my last match against him)
However that was quite a while ago, he's hopefully improved since then.

Hehe, I went inactive. I read about US military strategy since then and reflected on what 'ole Sandevot told me. I think I'll do better.
